Instructions for Your Patient Portal

Once you have filled out your paper work and given your email address, you should receive an email from our office or EClinical Works asking you to sign up for the portal. You can click on that link and follow the directions. If for some reason you don’t receive the email, you can go to this address and pre-register which should give you the prompts.

Your username is your email address, then you create your own password.

If you wish to download the App to your phone it will be the Healow App. Download the app, enter this specific doctor code which is IFAJAD follow directions from there and you should be set to go! Call us if you have any questions!
